Laing & Buisson Independent Healthcare Convention

Now in its fourth year, Laing & Buisson’s annual Independent Healthcare Convention will, in 2010, focus on topical issues of interest to the independent acute and mental health sectors.
In the style of party political conferences, the Convention will contain debates, fringe meetings, exhibitions and networking opportunities and will incorporate two streams over a single day of activity.
Stream one will see debates on issues of import to the acute healthcare sector with the second stream dedicated to mental health services.
Like its predecessors, the 2010 Convention will also focus on the development of relationships between independent sector providers and their partners within the NHS and other statutory services. Around 30 per cent of the delegates in past years represented statutory or NHS services.
