Doncaster and Bassetlaw Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust will use Healthroster to maintain their first rate services

21 July 2010

Doncaster and Bassetlaw Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust recently selected Allocate’s Healthroster solution in order to help optimise the workforce to help reduce their operating costs while at the same time minimising the clinical risk by helping to ensure that a consistent first-class service is delivered at all times.

The Trust serves a population of over 410,000 people, and employs on average 5200 staff. The Trust is a first-wave foundation trust, being one of just ten Trusts in the country awarded Foundation Trust status in 2004, and has maintained a top rated level of service delivery ever since.

Healthroster will now be used by the team to ensure that this high level is maintained, through enhanced workforce planning. Key reasons for choosing the Healthroster are its proven ability to save managers time and costs in allocating and monitoring staff, and save staff time through the reduction of burdensome administrative tasks. It also supports absolute best practice in the management of the workforce to minimise the clinical risks involved in delivering the highest quality of healthcare services every day.
