Healthcare User Group

Sharing best practice between organizations is a key feature of Allocate Software’s approach to help customers realize benefits. To facilitate this knowledge transfer and to help provide future product direction an independent User Group has been formed.

The MAPS Healthroster User Group is coordinated via a steering committee made up of existing customers. The committee is impartial and is representative of the customer base: Acute, Primary Care, Mental Health, Ambulance and the Private Healthcare sector. The group meets formally bi-annually, while regional groups meet more frequently allowing users to create a network of local organizations. The User Group also has access to a web based User forum for sharing of ideas and attend regular Master Classes delivered by Allocate Software’s Healthcare team.

A bi-annual User Conference is held at various locations in the UK and includes product updates, masterclasses, relevant guest speakers and sharing of best practice. See our Events page for up-coming User Conferences.

Mark Elmore (Asst HR Director – Isle of Wight) is currently Chair of the User Group, and is first point of contact for people wishing to contact the steering committee. Mark can facilitate contact with local committee members for wider networking and support.
