Working with NHS Barnsley (Barnsley primary Care Trust) to manage their workforce more effectively

We look forward to working with NHS Barnsley (Barnsley primary Care Trust) has selected Healthroster to help maximise the effectiveness of the workforce by managing highly complex rosters of diverse, integrated and mobile staff groups that practice across different locations, team structures, delivering increasingly specialist care.

Barnsley PCT was created in April 2002 following the merger of five partner organisations and is responsible for supporting the local population of Barnsley (224,600 people. We will now work with the Trust to help them optimise the workforce across community-based teams to more effectively help the Trust save money, time and minimise clinical risk while at the same time maintaining excellence in the delivery of services.
