Supporting Healthcare 100 to recognise best practice in the work place

We were delighted to be a sponsor at the recent Healthcare 100 Awards, which were held in association with HSJ and Nursing Times on Wednesday 07 July. This event recognises the top 100 Healthcare employers (both independent and NHS) in the UK, and champions best practice in the work place.

The Healthcare 100 initiative, though only in its second year, provide a very positive demonstration of the passion that Healthcare organisations have for improving the working lives of their staff and colleagues, and it was great for Allocate to be able to play a role in actively supporting this and giving the deserved recognition to employers.

We were also delighted to be able to present two of the awards on the evening – The Allocate Software Top Employer for Managers for the NHS and The Allocate Software Top Employer for Managers for the Independent Sector. Congratulations go to South Essex Partnership University Foundation Trust and HAC International as the winners in these categories!

We were also thrilled for Eastern and Coastal Kent Community Services, who were one of our invited customer guests to the evening, and who took home the Ipsos MORI Top Employer for Staff Participation award.
