Notification of Major Interest in Shares

The Company has received notification that, on 29 March 2010, Gartmore Investment Limited disposed of 920,000 ordinary shares of 5p ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company.

As a result:

Gartmore Fund Managers Limited now holds 2,496,567 Ordinary Shares, representing 4.13% of the Company's issued share capital;

Gartmore Investment Limited holds 5,628,004 Ordinary Shares, representing 9.32% of the Company's issued share capital.

The combined Gartmore holding is therefore 8,124,641 Ordinary Shares, representing 13.45% of the Company's issued share capital.
