Onboard Trial

Using the latest in web based technologies we have developed a state of the art administrative tool to improve the management of the crew onboard vessels. With an easily understood user interface, Onboard places all the information the Officer or Master needs at the touch of a button, without the training costs associated with some applications.

To make life easier for you we are now offering the opportunity to test-out the application free of charge, giving easy access to try-out the functionality that Onboard has to offer. This is an excellent opportunity to evaluate all of the benefits that Onboard can bring to your ship board operations from your own office[1].

Trial Information

The trial can be accessed from almost any location with an internet connection. We are hosting Onboard application on our local servers thus giving you easy access to all of the functionality without the requirement to install any software. The whole process is administered by Allocate Software, making things easy and simple for you.

We have allowed 30 days for the trial which should be long enough for you to fully explore the functions and the benefits of Onboard. After this time access to the server will cease, and any information you have entered in the database will be deleted.

We will provide you with a company specific web address through which your trial can be accessed together with login details for that account. In order to give you access through our network security we will require the IP address of your outward facing network. This can be found through either your information technology department, or through multiple sites around the internet[2].

Support is provided throughout the trial period, with our contact information supplied when the signed trial contract has been received.
