Allocate Software’s Paul Scandrett contributes to NHS Voices with thoughts on safe staffing

On the same day that NICE publish the first ever draft NICE guideline for safe staffing Allocate Software’s Director of Healthcare, Paul Scandrett asks ‘Are organisations ready to take the necessary steps to deliver safer staffing?’

His timely blog on NHS Voices argues that properly aligning staffing levels to patient demand on a real-time basis is the answer to delivering safe staffing levels.

Paul will be part of a panel discussion titled ‘Delivering safe and sustainable services 24×7 by aligning the workforce to patient need and activity’ on 5 June at the NHS Confederation’s 2014 annual conference and exhibition.
