Welcome to the finance team
Our team is made up of two defined functions:
- Finance and Operations – This team looks after all accounting and operational finance for the group. This ranges from group billing, statutory accounting, purchase and sales ledger, to credit control and expenses. Furthermore, we are the team responsible for closing the books each month and ensuring that our revenue and costs across the group are recognised correctly.
- Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) – This team are the forward-looking commercial arm of the finance department. As finance business partners, we work closely with senior budget holders throughout Allocate to devise medium and long-term strategic plans and ensure we are on track to meet our targets. We are actively involved throughout all stages in the lead–to–cash cycle, helping ensure that new bookings, market entries, new products and account renewals offer the best commercial outcomes possible.
