Wenn wir eins aus dem Jahr 2020 gelernt haben, dann, dass wir nicht alles auf digitalem Weg erledigen können. Besonders im Gesundheitswesen macht sich das bemerkbar – Sie, Ihre Mitarbeiter und Kollegen müssen unter noch höherem Druck noch effizienter arbeiten, und das ganz ohne Blaupause. Als wäre das nicht genug, wird der Winter aller Voraussicht nach eine wesentlich größere Herausforderung als die letzten Monate. Dabei werden Sie, wie auch schon während der Pandemie bisher, eine wichtige Rolle in der weiteren Entwicklung unserer Gesellschaft spielen.
Hiermit laden wir Sie daher herzlich zu unserem jährlichen Allocate People Summit ein, der im Hinblick auf die derzeitigen Umstände in diesem Jahr zum ersten Mal virtuell und für ein internationales Publikum stattfindet. Wir möchten Ihnen hier die Möglichkeit geben, sich untereinander zu vernetzen, länderübergreifend Erfahrungen auszutauschen und sich auf die kommenden Monate vorzubereiten.
Während wir natürlich von vielen Kollegen aus dem Gesundheits- und Pflegewesen hören werden, schauen wir uns auch Themen an, die darüber hinausgehen – insbesondere die interne Kommunikation in Organisationen und Einrichtungen und das Mitarbeiterwohlbefinden sind uns gerade in diesem Jahr besonders wichtig.
