Workforce engagement and productivity remains the number one concern for many boards. Getting this right holds the key to solving the lion share of the quality and productivity challenges we face today. Some organisations are rising to these challenges. Where we see success there is always one defining feature……board leadership informed by strong insight.
The coming months will see a number of important changes that impact the workforce further, from the proposed new Use of Resources judgements that will include medics as well as nursing to transformational new STP models and new workforce productivity metric (CHPPD) that will help benchmark your organisations.
To help we have brought together contributions from organisations that are both shaping and responding to these challenges. If you are keen to learn from others, stay ahead of innovation and get a real grip on how future policy will impact your organisation we’d welcome you to join one of our board workshops.
