This time we meet Michelle Elkington, our latest team member in Woking, England.

Michelle emigrated from South Africa in 2018 and has joined RLDatix as Account manager for the South East of England for the Government and Commercial division. She will be looking after products such as OneView, Assure HRCase, AssureExpenses and Flexiroute.

Michelle has over 20+ years experience in IT SAAS, Local Government services, finance, customer experience, contact centres, motor, insurance and publishing industries. She has worked for startups, SME businesses, National companies to Global businesses listed on the NY stock exchange. She has worked across 5 continents implementing projects for global customers.

Michelle’s number 1 priority as an Account Manager is Customer success and ensuring our customers receive the support they need to thrive, using our mission critical software.

Zubin Peckham
Commercial Manager

My name is Zubin Peckham and I am the Commercial Manager here at RLDatix. I’ve been with the group for a little over a year and during the recent merger I am now part of the Government and Commercial Team.

My background consists of providing secure and compliant IT Asset Disposal solutions within the public and private sectors, which has led me to forge valuable relationships that have greatly assisted with my current role within the Government and Commercial Team.

In a previous life I was also a Police Constable within Cambridge Constabulary.

I am responsible for the growth of the organisation and assisting the public and private sector achieve their cost saving, suitability and resource management goals through providing secure Home to School Transport, Patient Transport Services, Expenses and HR solutions, just to name a few.

Much of my spare time is taking up with family life which includes hikes with the dogs, day trips, cinema, the usual after school clubs and in those rare moments I get to myself, you can often find me having a cheeky ale of three.

Cathy Bell
Account Manager

Cathy Bell

East of England, North East and Yorkshire, North West, Scotland

My name is Cathy. I have recently joined RLDatix as an Account Manager for the North of England and Scotland, being based in the Northeast myself. I look after Assure HR Case, Assure Expenses, OneView and Flexiroute products for the Government and Commercial Division.

I have over 17 years of experience working as an Account Manager with the last 9 years specifically in SAAS working within the financial, healthcare, publishing, law, retail, and charity sectors.

As part of my responsibilities, I look after the relationship with all current clients and ensure that they are getting the most out of our products and getting the best possible service from RLDatix. It is also my job to look at growth opportunities within our current client base as well as new business opportunities.

Outside of work I am a mum of 3 so you will find me most nights and weekends being a taxi for football training/matches, golf lessons, and dance training. When I do get a spare Saturday afternoon I love a bottomless brunch in Durham.

Customer Success Manager

Victoria Barker


Hello I am Vic the Customer Succession Manager for Assure HR Case, Assure Expenses and CIM Mainframe. I have recently transitioned from 365 Response to RLD, I joined 365 Response in January 2017 leading the Digital Marketplace Team. I have since then had roles as an Implementation Lead and Sales/Account Manager Roles so have extensive knowledge regarding our product set. I have experience from previous organisations working alongside large enterprise customers, managing contracts and being qualified in Six Sigma enabling customers to streamline their processes particularly with using technology.
When I’m not at work I enjoy growing my own fruit, flowers and vegetables at home and walking my dog Bowser (absolutely a geek reference to Super Mario).
