Not a registered system administrator?

Please contact your local administrator in the first instance. They will be able to provide the support that you need or raise a ticket with us through the support portal if required.

Have a query about an RLDatix or Allocate solution?
If you are already a registered system administrator the Support Portal offers a single point to obtain instant answers to common how-to queries, known issues and frequently asked questions through an extensive knowledge base and how-to videos. Can’t find what you’re looking for? You can raise a ticket within the portal, at which point a member of the team will be in touch to help.

Forgotten your support portal password?
Simply click ‘Forgot my password’. Here you will be required to provide the email address linked to the account. If you are an existing user, we will immediately send you an email with a link to reset your password. We are unable to offer Self Registration so If you’re a new user, please contact your local administrator for further information.
