Customers of Allocate Software are invited to take part in a new 4-month Here to Help Medics Accelerator Programme, designed specifically for the e-Rostering workforce.

The programme, which is launching early October, is available for all customers using the Allocate medics solutions including eRota, eJobPlan, MedicOnDuty and Activity Manager, and is completely free of charge to attend. Its aim is to support the e-Rostering team in improving the daily use of the products within the organisation.

What you can expect

As part of the four-month Medics Accelerator Programme, customers will have the opportunity to join the mini-programmes most relevant to them. Each programme consists of webinars and activities to achieve specific workforce deployment outcomes in a set time period.

The programmes have been confirmed as:

  • Exception Reporting – for eRota customers in England – Starting from 15th October
  • eJobPlan Accelerator (part 1 of 2)– Cycle Preparation – Starting 20th October
  • Junior Doctor Rostering Programme (part 1 of 2) – Starting 22nd October
  • Junior Doctor Rostering Programme (part 2 of 2) – Starting 26th November
  • eJobPlan Accelerator (part 2 of 2) – Starting 1st December
  • Medics Leave Management Accelerator – Starting 14th January 2021 

 

How to register

We will be sending out an email on the 5th October with invitations to register for the first programme – Exception Reporting – for eRota customers in England.

You will also be provided with a full list of scheduled sessions which will be released for registration in the weeks to come.

Everyone who registers will receive a confirmation email and a reminder with a unique URL, one day and one hour before the event. Do remember to save the dates in your calendar, as it promises to be an insightful programme.
