Our final webinar of this OneView Masterclass series will focus on the Case Management module.  Cases are useful when collaborating to capture information, complete a task or to ensure staff are working to the same procedures.

Linking OneView data to a case can bring benefits such as improved efficiencies, quicker case closure, accuracy, and fairness to processes such as appraisals and disciplinaries.  There are other uses too such as lessons learnt, promotion boards and risk assessments.  Cases can be setup and managed by authorised superusers and versioning helps ensure workflow stays current.

Lee Clarke

Lee has nearly 30 years in the IT industry, 27 of those years working with Maritime, Offshore Engineering & Defence customers to understand their issues and help build solutions. Originally as a software developer for Allocate and then as a Consultant, he is uniquely familiar with Allocate’s software solutions, especially those relating to workforce planning. He currently manages a team of professionals that support a range of Maritime blue chip and Fortune 500 companies based in the United States and Europe.
